About Us
Loba Partners provides professional tax certification, tax advisory, internal audit and risk management services. The firm was founded by taxaudit and internal audit professionals with extensive experience in the public sector, private sector and international organisations. Our team
has applied its methodologies, analytical techniques and practical expertise acrossnearly 100 medium-sized and large Turkish and international businesses, overcoming a wide range of implementation challenges. We serve clients in Turkish, English and Arabic.

Founding Partner
Mehmet Ağgül, Sworn Financial Advisor (YMM)
Has more than 11 years of experience in tax audits across the public and private sectors. After serving as a Tax Inspector at Türkiye's Ministry of Treasury and Finance, he entered private practice as a Sworn Financial Advisor
(YMM). He holds a bachelor's degree from Yıldız Technical University and a master's degree in Accounting and Auditing, and has conducted academic research in risk management. He
serves as Chair of the Supervisory Board of DIŞYÖNDER.
Manager, Accounting
Kubilay Akpolat, CPA (SMMM)
Specialises in accounting, taxation and financial reporting, with management experience in accounting functions of medium-sized and large businesses
in Türkiye. Graduated in Business Administration from Pamukkale University and holds the Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) qualification. Continues to develop professional expertise through further training and certifications.
Manager, Finance
Beliz Anıl
Brings domestic and international experience in accounting and finance. Completed ACCA studies in Ireland and held management roles in medium-sized and large businesses in Germany, the United States and Türkiye.
Holds a Business Administration degree from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University and completed executive education in leadership at Koç University.
Senior Specialist, VAT Refunds
Murat Demirel
Has 12 years of professional experience in VAT refunds and tax legislation, including management of VAT refund processes for corporate clients, preparation of refund files and evaluation under the relevant rules.
Graduated from Anadolu University in Accounting and Taxation.

Efrail Topal, Sworn Financial Advisor (YMM), Independent Auditor
Has more than 24 years of public- and private-sector tax audit experience. Began his tax career at the Istanbul Revenue Office of the Ministry of Finance and subsequently served at the Istanbul Tax Administration and the Large Taxpayers Tax Office. After working as a Tax Inspector, he qualified as a
Sworn Financial Advisor (YMM). He graduated from Ankara University's Faculty of Political Sciences, holds Sworn Financial Advisor and Independent Auditor qualifications, and undertakes academic work in taxation.
